Shipping Policy

Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location, weight and size of your order. All shipping costs are in addition to the cost of the products ordered unless noted otherwise.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

When returning a damaged product, you should mail your product to the address provided in the RMA email you received.

You will be responsible to pay shipping costs to return your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but will notify you once we receive a returned item.

You will not be charged any shipping costs on replacement items damaged from the original shippment.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We offer replacements only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect item was shipped. To qualify for a replacement, the damage must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.

How to Report a Damaged Item

To process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • A brief description of the damage

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • Submit your Report via email to: wowercreations@gmail.com

Replacement Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Package the damaged item and return it to us for replacement.

  • Once the damaged item has been received a replacement item will be shipped to you.

  • You must return the original purchased item before any replacement item can be shipped.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect use or handling

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
