Many of our items are handcrafted, meaning:

  • Natural imperfections are normal and part of the handmade character

We make every effort to display products accurately but cannot guarantee perfect color accuracy due to screen variations.

Pricing & Payment

  • We accept only the listed payment methods.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, incorrect information, or inventory issues.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to all countries using local carriers who service those destinations.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are handcrafted:

  • Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

    • Items arrive damaged

    • Incorrect item received

  • Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is our error.

Limitation of Liability 

We are not liable for:
